Cape Cod Bicycling

If you enjoy biking as a way of relaxing or exercising, do not miss taking in the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It will whisk you past hidden cranberry bogs,
sandy beaches and pristine fresh water ponds. It is completely paved and very level;  it is the old railroad bed that went "downcape". Along the
trail are restaurants, scenic vistas and restrooms.
Don't forget to bring your bathing suits in season.

Another great place to bike is in the National Seashore area (Province Lands) in Provincetown at the tip of the Cape. Here, too, you will find a paved path but as it goes among the beautiful sand dunes it is a little more hilly than the rail trail. You can rent bikes in Provincetown, if you did not bring yours along.
