• We give a 10% discount for AAA and AARP.
  
• Inn room weekend rentals are normally subject to a minimum two-night stay.  Memorial Day, The Fourth of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day are  minimum 3 night stays.
  
• We have added many new efficiencies for the use of our guests. They may be rented at any time.  All efficiencies have a combo stove-top/refrigerator  unit. Two of our efficiencies have a private patio with picnic tables.  During the off-season (if it's available), you can rent an adjoining room for 1/2 price with 2 double beds or 2 queen beds. 
  This creates our mini-suite.
  
• The two room efficiency, in season, rents by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.  
  
• All accommodations other than the efficiencies have 2 double beds, 2 queen beds or a king bed, touch-tone telephone, carpeting, cable-color television with remote, tiled bath, and thermostat controlled heating and air-conditioning.
  
• Guests have free ice, use of heated indoor pool, saunas, chaises and all facilities.
  
• Complimentary continental breakfast, served daily.
  
• Children under 15 free in room with adult (limit 2 per room).
  
• All rooms have refrigerators.
  
• Rollaways & Cribs available at an additional $10/day.
  
• An additional adult in the room is $15/night.

 If you are staying for a week, we take the mid-week 
rate times 6 and give you the 7th night for free.  

If you use an efficiency, you are responsible for the daily cleaning of your dishes.   We also expect you to clean your dishes when you vacate; if you don't we will assess you a $15 cleaning fee.
COOKING FISH IN YOUR ROOM IS NOT ALLOWED.
 IF YOU DO, WE WILL ASSESS YOU A $100 CHARGE.

 An advance deposit of one day's rate is required to reserve a room.  For a weekly stay (we reserve many ), we require a 2 night deposit. 
A two day's deposit is required to reserve an efficiency. Your
confirmation is mailed or e-mailed upon receipt of deposit. 

Rates are subject to state and local occupancy taxes. 
Balance due at check in. 

There is a cancellation fee of $20.00 
  
If room cancellation occurs within 14 days of reservation date, 
including "a no show," deposit is forfeited. 

There are no refunds made because of inclement weather.
